If you use MoonPay to buy crypto for checkout, MoonPay collects and processes information required to provide its on-ramp service, such as payment method details, identity or eligibility information, billing information, compliance checks, transaction details, wallet address, and fraud-prevention signals. MoonPay's processing is governed by MoonPay's own privacy notice and terms.

XBoostPlus does not receive your full card number or full MoonPay identity verification file. We may receive limited transaction, status, wallet, amount, and reference information needed to route funds to your wallet and support your order.

Crypto payments, deposits, and withdrawals may be recorded on public blockchains. Public blockchain data can include wallet addresses, transaction hashes, transferred amounts, timestamps, and network metadata. We cannot delete or modify data recorded on public blockchains.
