Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of XBoostPlus, including our website, checkout, customer dashboard, referral features, and related support channels. By creating an account, placing an order, funding a wallet, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use XBoostPlus. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the service.

XBoostPlus sells social media growth and engagement services for X accounts, including subscription post boosts, follower packages, verified follower packages, bundles, and related customer dashboard features.

XBoostPlus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., Twitter, MoonPay, or any blockchain network. X and Twitter are trademarks of their respective owners.

You are responsible for providing accurate order information, including your email address, target X handle, selected package, payment network, referral or discount code, and any other requested details. Incorrect information can delay or prevent fulfillment.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email, wallet session, wallet recovery methods, and dashboard session secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account, wallet, email, or device.

XBoostPlus accepts supported native crypto payments and may offer card on-ramp access through MoonPay. Crypto payments must be received and verified before an order is marked paid.

MoonPay on-ramp services are provided by MoonPay and are subject to MoonPay's own terms, privacy notice, eligibility checks, payment methods, fees, identity verification, sanctions screening, availability, and transaction limits. XBoostPlus does not control MoonPay approval decisions, card processing, exchange rates, network delivery timing, or third-party fees.

You are responsible for selecting the correct network and sending the exact supported native asset for your order. Do not send stablecoins, tokens, unsupported assets, or assets on the wrong network. Wrong network or unsupported asset transfers may be unrecoverable.

Paid orders are reviewed before activation. Subscription services begin when an order is activated. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and fulfillment can vary due to account status, platform changes, network conditions, package type, availability, and manual review.

We may refuse, pause, cancel, or manually review orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, technically invalid, payment-disputed, risky, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Crypto transactions are generally irreversible. Once a payment is confirmed and fulfillment begins, payments are final except where we decide, in our sole discretion, to provide a refund, replacement, or service credit.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to an issue on our side, contact support. Refund availability may depend on the order status, payment method, network fees, MoonPay or card rules, and whether fulfillment has started.

You may not use XBoostPlus for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, harassment, impersonation, abuse, unauthorized account access, platform manipulation that violates applicable law, or any activity that creates legal, operational, or reputational risk for XBoostPlus.

We may suspend accounts, reject orders, block payment confirmation, remove referral eligibility, or preserve records when we believe these Terms have been violated.

Referral rewards and discount codes are promotional features. We may change, pause, cancel, reject, or reverse referral credits or discount benefits in cases of fraud, self-referral, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, missing wallet information, or technical error.

XBoostPlus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific growth results, social platform outcomes, wallet availability, exchange rates, blockchain confirmation times, or third-party service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XBoostPlus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost reputation, lost data, blockchain losses, or third-party service failures.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of XBoostPlus after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
